I had two weeks in Albuquerque in February in which Sarah and I spent hours nearly every day, with her showing me house after house after house. We bid on one but it didn't work out. I returned to the East Coast, and we continued looking online at new homes as they were listed. Sarah would Skype us in as she walked through. We finally found one and bought it without ever having set foot in it. The house is perfect! After all that time, Sarah knew what we wanted and helped us find it. I couldn't be more pleased with her time and knowledge not only in buying this house, but helping us avoid some houses that we otherwise might have purchased.
